The Applied Chemicals Pty Ltd – NUW Comprehensive Agreement 1997 [Print Q0025] provides for the prevention and elimination of discrimination in the workplace. The parties to the agreement have undertaken to ensure that the operation of the agreement is not directly or indirectly discriminatory.

The parties to the Sunrise Poultry Enterprise Agreement 1998 [Print Q0300] commit to make every endeavour to ensure that neither the provisions of the agreement nor their operation are directly or indirectly discriminatory.

The Fluor Daniel Groote Eylandt Enterprise Agreement 1998 [Print Q0016] provides that every employee make themselves aware of aboriginal culture and endeavour not to denigrate such culture under any circumstances. Under the agreement, induction procedures are to include a briefing on aboriginal culture and employees are to comply with protection of sacred sites.
